A dynamic duo from backgrounds of musical polarity. One extending from a lifetime career in rock and music production, and the other based in classical and jazz studies. It is this polarity that their diverse and expressive style can be attributed. Writing in the moment, avoiding restrictions of a single genre, has provided them the freedom of sound. This has taken them in many directions, ultimately resulting in an expansive array of projects.
Embracing Oceans utilizes a simplistic orchestration while exploring more poetic and harmonic complexities.

Founded in 1994, Extraordinary Families has committed decades to the improvement of foster care outcomes. They work with a collective group of non-profits, private entities, and public sectors, such as the California Alliance of Child and Family Services and the Foster Together Network, to inform and advocate for policies that favor the child-centric approach. Much of Extraordinary Families work is pushing policy to create systemic betterment for youth in foster care, but that is just a fraction of the work they do. They search for and vet families that are open to both fostering and providing lifelong permanency for a child in need. They are committed to finding families for children, not children for families. Unfortunately, there is an immense amount of teenage foster youth being tossed around in the system with little to no support to guide them into adulthood. Extraordinary Families' UP4Youth Program supports young adults to help counter negative life effects, teaching them basic life skills and connecting them to the resources they need to reach their fullest potential.
